Gin Ghosts of The Ocean is a tribute to the freedom of whales in the Azores, marked by a historic moment: the morning of 10 September 1987, when whales awoke to a new era of protection after the last hunt on the island of Pico. This special edition celebrates the change of course, where hunters became defenders, ensuring that these majestic creatures can swim freely in the crystal clear waters of the archipelago.
