Tradition is no longer what it was ...! We decided to innovate and we moved on to a totally different and innovative gin concept. We incorporated pheromones and for this we had the precious help of our "neighbor" ants who live in the field, next to our distillery. A very particular species that allows us to instill unique sensations in the form of distillate. With the help of distillation techniques developed by us, we have perfected the process of extracting pheromones and natural formic acid and called it Neon. To this new botanist, let's call it that, created by us, we have joined 13 traditional botanists and also ... music, of course! And so a new generation is born and a "sensational" new concept of producing Gin: The Neighbors 21. From the Alentejo to the world ... only available during the summer! (or when the ants want ...) Distilled in traditional copper still, to the rhythm of great songs...
