Nordés gin is defined as an “Atlantic Galician Gin”, that is, a gin from Galicia in Spain with a strong influence from the Atlantic. Nordés gin uses, in addition to about 15 traditional botanists, a grape variety well known to the Portuguese: the alvarinho. It is exactly the use of this exclusive grape from Portugal and Spain that gives gin Nordés its distinctive character. In addition to the original flavor, Nordés comes in a bottle with a very attractive design, with the world map on the front and with the Galicia region highlighted. This gin was already born different and the way it is prepared is also different: For the preparation of Gin Tonic, bay leaves, lemon and juniper berries are used, which highlight and “match” perfectly with the fruity flavor of Gin Nordés.
