Nordés gin is defined as an “Atlantic Galician Gin”, that is, a gin from Galicia in Spain with a strong influence from the Atlantic. Nordés gin uses, in addition to about 15 traditional botanists, a grape variety well known to the Portuguese: the alvarinho. It is exactly the use of this exclusive grape from Portugal and Spain that gives gin Nordés its distinctive character.
