The gin distillation follows about 12 hours of maceration of the botanicals in the spirit and water solution. It is a single distillation, which means that the spirit has been at least 5 times distilled at the end of the process. The grain spirit is high grade spirit made in the UK, primarily using wheat but with some barley. All the grain is currently UK grown. The water is standard London, which is then de-ionised and filtered.
