Liqueur produced following a conventual recipe, crafted in an artisanal manner, free from dyes and flavourings. After the sour cherries are harvested, they are carefully selected and placed in an alcoholic infusion in stainless steel tanks, where they undergo a long aging process. It has an intense aroma and flavour of sour cherries, displaying a ruby colour and a brilliant appearance. In the mouth, it is round and velvety.
