Gauvé white is produced from a century-old vineyard located in Gouveia, in the Serra da Estrela, where the granitic soil, cool climate and blend of traditional grape varieties give rise to a single-vineyard wine of great character. It elegantly expresses the delicacy and depth of the Dão region, revealing a balanced profile with notes of white fruit and a lively acidity that gives it excellent ageing potential in the bottle. On the palate, it is precise, refined and sophisticated, with hints of citrus, herbs and spices.

A unique wine since its creation, M.O.B. stands for Moreira, Olazabal, Borges, a joint venture of wine producers Jorge Moreira (Poeira), Francisco Olazabal (Quinta do Vale Meão) and Jorge Serôdio Borges (Wine & Soul).
