Produced from cereal alcohol, sugar syrup, spring water and pennyroyal aroma, it is a liquor that respects the highest technical and sensory quality standards. The basis of this traditional Alentejo recipe, fulfills the knowledge of experience, made by the third generation of liqueurs of the Figo family, known for having produced, over several years, one of the best penny liqueurs in Portugal, from the city of Évora. This liquor has been consumed for years pure or with just a few ice cubes. On the nose it immediately shows, in an elegant way, the caramel aroma, with sweet and enveloping notes reminiscent of butterscotch. In the mouth it is very balanced, with volume and richness of flavor, characteristic of this liquor.
