Tobalá is the jewel in the mezcal crown due to its beauty, rarity, and unique taste. It resembles the bud of a rose and, unlike other agaves where small buds grow from the mother plant, Tobalá only reproduces by seed and is difficult to propagate. Thus, a mezcal produced with Tobalá agave is mezcal with an exceptional flavour.

The Los Siete Misterios Mezcal family was born in 2010 after a trip made by its founders, where the passion, traditions, and culture of the Mexican roots inspired this distillate that seeks to revive the past and integrate it with the present. Los Siete Misterios is a family made up of the Mezcal Master and the communities of Oaxaca, who work together to provide the best that this Mezcal has to offer.
