The Moscatel do Douro Favaios 70th Anniversary Edition is a celebration of the best vintages since the Adega Cooperativa de Favaios was founded, one for each decade (1964, 1975, 1980, 1999, 2007, 2011 and 2020). This wine, produced from the Moscatel Galego grape variety, which is different from the Moscatel de Setúbal, reveals the freshness of the altitude between 550 and 600 metres and the richness of the soils of the Favaios-Alijó plateau. This Muscat is a symphony of fresh lychee, dried fruit, candied orange, honey, glycerine, spices and vivifying acidity, balancing sweetness and complexity in a masterly way. Even after emptying the glass, an irresistible perfume remains.
