Moscatel do Douro Secret Spot 10 year-old is a final blend created from others that have aged in used wooden casks. The vines that gave origin to it are 100% Moscatel Galego variety aged between 20 and 50 years. It has a bright golden colour and complex and rich aromas, with seductive floral, crystallised fruit and dried fruit notes. It is sweet, with a balanced acidity and a silky, harmonious aftertaste.

In order to produce the best wine it is necessary to create the best conditions. The first step was to find an accessible winemaking site, with a mild climate, high altitude, spacious and well-sized, which would allow the traditional Douro winemaking practices to be combined with the contributions of modern oenology. Thus was born Secret Spot Wines, a project of Quinta da Faísca, which is located in the Favaios region of the Douro. Producers of a diversified and quality range, they present products such as wine, muscatel and olive oil.
