A ginjinha é um licor feito a partir da fermentação da ginja (uma fruta idêntica à cereja), embebida em aguardente. Depois mistura-se açúcar e pau de canela. É um licor bastante consumido em Portugal (muito famoso em Lisboa, Óbidos, Alcobaça e Algarve). É tradição dizer “com” ou “sem” ao pedir a ginjinha, isto é, se queres a bebida com ou sem fruta no copo!
