ルビーポートとは、酒精強化ワインであるポートワインの一種です。若い赤ワインのような濃いガーネット色の若々しい色をしています。
ルビー・ポート（Ruby Port）は、もっとも一般的なポートワインで、熟成期間が2〜3年と短く、甘口。美しいルビー色を出すために、バルセイロという大樽やステンレスタンクを使って熟成させ、極力酸素との接触を少なくする。
