The sparkling wine Quinta de Beiredos Reserva bruto, is aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats, plus 12 months in bottle, using the traditional method with remuage, before being released to the market. It presents itself with a clean citrine colour, persistent foam, and very fine bubbles. In tasting, the tertiary and buttery aromas stand out, combined with the mineral profile.

The Quinta de Beiredos, recovered more than 30 years ago, by the old owners, was already known for the good ripeness and quality of its grapes. Located in Santa Cruz do Douro, this Quinta has contributed to the affirmation of this sub-region of Baião, with its excellent wines and sparkling wines. In 2016, the farm was acquired by a new owner who requalified the winery and maintained the traditions of wine production.
