This wine, produced from Encruzado, Cerceal and Malvasia Fina varieties, is complex in aroma, with elegant toasty notes, in the company of some floral, tropical fruit, spices, in a full and mineral aroma. Full-bodied with a large structure and a lot of elegance on the palate. Excellent acidity, great freshness and quite fruity. Long and balanced finish. Solid, austere, vivid, a personalized white, very affirmative. The refinement of this white indicates it for noble fish dishes (grouper, grouper, snapper, brill), but its structure perfectly accepts more intense flavours such as fresh grilled tuna or stews. Serve it at 11 or 12ºC.
