The Quinta Madre de Água is located at the foot of Serra da Estrela and was inaugurated in 2007, with the couple Luís and Lurdes returning to their origins, through a sustained project that respects nature, man, arts and traditions.
With about 16 hectares of vineyard, whose average age is around 40 years old, the Quinta produces a varied range of blend and single-varietal wines. In addition to the vineyards, there is also olive-growing, fruit-growing, cheese production and a boutique hotel with a restaurant totalling an area of 60 hectares.
