The fermentation of a mixture of cereals and water gives us a liquid that is distilled four times. This will be the basis of all Forest gins. Vegetables and fruits are macerated and distilled separately, and then mixed. This mixture is left to rest for a few weeks to obtain the perfect match between the ethereal oils of vegetables and the basic cereal spirit. A predominant juniper flavor is typical in all these gins, but each season a gin is created with the flavors of the botanists of that season. This version has a smooth and round flavor.
