Coming from the beautiful and remote coast of Colombia, Dictador rums are aged in exclusive Quercus Homboldtii barrels.
This rum is obtained from the fermentation of sugar molasses, only after distillation in modern stainless steel still. Because it is aged in oak barrels, used to age Jerez and Port Wine, it presents a deep mahogany colour, extolling on the nose, aromas of toasted honey, vanilla, toffee and caramel. In the mouth it reveals extremely smooth and refined flavours of caramel, vanilla and Colombian coffee, finishing with a long, balanced and rich consistency.
