The idea for the Four Fox Saké project was conceived in 2015 by four friends. A shared dream turned into a passion project to reinvigorate the traditional conventional style of sake.

Four Fox Saké is made from locally sourced ingredients from the Niigata region, located in Northwest Japan, and, being an area of high snowfall, the water produced is exceptionally pure and smooth.

Four Fox Saké is classified as a "Junmai Daiginjo", the highest category of sakes and is handcrafted each winter. Thus, this is a sake that brings together delicious aromas of green melon and apple, presenting a smooth and clean profile.
