概要
To make Curado tequilas, a white tequila from the Jalisco Highlands is used as a base, into which pieces of cooked Agave are infused.
Agaves from different locations in Mexico are used to unify regions and flavours, creating innovative tequilas, but still respecting Mexican tradition and culture.
