概要

Shinobu Whisky is handcrafted by the distiller, Mr Usami, and matured in old ex-Jerez and ex-Bourbon barrels, finishing the ageing process in Japanese oak barrels, Mizunara.

The result is a unique combination of flavours on the palate, but very smooth and easy to drink. The colour is completely natural without any tinting, and on the nose the citrus notes, spices, vanilla and fresh flowers with wood shavings disseminate. On the palate, coffee, vanilla and new bursts of citrus fruits, complemented by earthy notes and Mizunara oak, stand out.
