This wine was produced respecting the natural characteristics of tradicional old white vines from the Douro. After peculiar maceration, this wine fermented, and matured for 12 months in French oak casks. It was bottled with a slight filtration. The perfect temperature to be enjoyed is between 12° and 14°.
