概要

Encontro Special Cuvée Extra Brut Sparkling Wine is crystal clear, with fine, persistent and abundant bubbles, and a defined lemon colour. The aromatic profile is complex, showing notes of dried fruits, biscuit, toasted bread, toasted cereals and white-fleshed fruit jelly.

On the palate, it is fruity and fresh, with a distinctive, crisp mousse and long persistence. An elegant and expressive sparkling wine for a refined tasting experience.

Quinta do Encontro is a winery characterized by its architecture where everything comes together and complements each other. The wines produced are the result of a differentiating vision, which highlights a distinctive approach to Bairrada.
