Quinta da Pegadinha Padeiro rosé is a carefully crafted wine from a small plot of Padeiro vines planted in 2020, grown on granitic soils with strong Atlantic influence. Sustainable practices and manual harvesting ensure precision and quality throughout the process.
Winemaking includes foot treading, cold maceration and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel and a short ageing period in French oak to soften the texture. The result is an elegant and balanced rosé with marked freshness and a delicate mouthfeel.
