Obtained from Grenache, Syrah and Tibouren grape varieties from organically grown vineyards, this rosé wine presents a beautiful salmon-pink colour with fresh aromas of citrus, stone fruit and hints of red fruit notes on the nose. In the mouth it evokes a rich sensation of fruit flavours, with a silky texture and slight saline finish.
The La Bernarde estate was acquired by Vignobles Austruy in 2015 and for over 30 years has provided eloquent testimony to the quality of the terroir of Côtes de Provence, particularly with its fine red wines.
The vineyards, planted at an altitude of between 380 and 450 metres, benefit from exceptional conditions, providing slow and harmonious ripening of the grapes, helping to ensure a fine balance between acidity and phenolic ripeness.
