This Chablis Beauroy is a Premier Cru produced from the Chardonnay grape variety from a 20-year-old vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils. The entire production process of this Chablis is entirely done in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the original profile of the grape variety and the characteristics that the terroir gives it.

So this wine presents itself with a citrine yellow colour and a fresh nose, revealing in the mouth a mineral profile, benefiting from an excellent structure.
