This white wine, produced 100% from the native Sicilian grape variety Grillo, historically associated with Marsala production, comes from extremely sandy soils and sun-kissed slopes of Acate, Ragusa province.
After fermentation and 5 months of aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, it presents itself with a deep straw yellow color, and a distinctly tropical aroma, reminiscent of mango and papaya, combined with notes of jasmine and white flowers. On the palate, it reveals itself as balanced and harmonious, with delicate acidity and good persistence.
