Intense color with violet glints and vanishing foam. Vinous and fruity reminding the peach stone. Mellow and wellbalanced on the palate. Ideal throughout the entire meal, it is perfect with spicy food and excellent with dry pastry.

In 1950 a group of 9 wine producers from the Province of Reggio Emilia set up Cantine Cooperative Riunite. Eleven years later, 4 wineries from the Province of Modena followed their lead and founded Consorzio Interprovinciale Vini (CIV). This was the stimulus for small producers to join together and build a new winery at Canali in 1936. Its success was such that in the decades that followed membership rose to one hundred and seventy growers.

Renowned for years or its high-quality bulk wines, today the Cantina Albinea Canali offers a range of premium products destined exclusively for restaurants and wine shops.
