When the harvest ends in the Dão, only the grapes that will give rise to this Late Harvest are left behind. It's time for the autumn sun, the first rains and humidity, the leaves that, in Santar, gain such contrasting colours and patterns. Produced only in the best years, this wine is called Autumn of Santar, for bringing to memory the unique magic of that time of year in the emblematic village of Santar.

Aroma with nuances of butter, dried fruit, dried apricot and citric floral notes. Complex taste, with distinct freshness and well balanced. Long and persistent finish.

Located in Dão wine region, Casa de Santar is a very old producer. The house from the XVII and XVIII Centuries, surrounded by hedges, boxwoods and labyrinths of flowers, has a winery built in granite, with its historical tiles, it houses in an ancient environment the most modern and advanced technologies. Top quality wines are produced here, in a 400 year-old structure. Casa de Santar wines, was elected Producer of the Year, by Revista de Vinhos (Portugal).
