This rosé wine is produced from the Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro grape varieties and presents a soft salmon colour and an intense aroma of fresh red fruit, reminiscent of gooseberry and raspberry. In the mouth, it is balanced with a lively acidity and refreshing finish.
Casa Américo, located in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the demarcated Dão region, was born from Américo Seabra's dream of producing wines in his homeland. To honour his wishes, in 2009, his sons committed themselves to make this dream come true. Today, the estate has 150 hectares of vineyards, some of which are over 100 years old.
