The Howard's Folly Freshco red, a treasure from Portalegre, on the granite slopes of the Serra de São Mamede. Vinified with the Trincadeira and Aragonês grape varieties from old vines, together with a short maceration, it is aged in stainless steel. It has notes of wild berries, blackberries and redcurrants. The palate is long, fresh and juicy, with soft tannins.

Howard's Folly is an inspiring blend of an innovative partnership between head winemaker, David Baverstock, and entrepreneur, Howard Bilton. Together they combine their passion for bringing out the best in Portuguese grape varieties and consistently producing delicious wines.
