概要

Single Irish Malt patiently matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in ex-rum barrels from Consorcio Licorero Nacional. Its roasted flavours such as coffee, toast, and chocolate impart a dry finish. Aromas of honey, vanilla, and light fruit also stand out.

West Cork Distillers was formed in 2003 by childhood friends John O'Connell, Ger McCarthy, and Denis McCarthy. It currently operates at Skibbereen in West Cork, owning 5 hectares and exports to over 70 countries.
