The harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes were harvested manually, to small boxes according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were picked only by grandfather Nelson and granddaughter Maria Simões. They were stepped on foot in granite presses, with full stems for a good extraction of colors and aromas. This wine aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels. After bottling it remains in bottle for 9 months. Unfiltered wine. Fine and harmonious aroma, full of mineral notes and wild fruits, with discrete smoked notes. Delicate tannins, with the fruit present. Long and elegant finish.
