Description

Herdade dos Casarões Oliveiras Centenárias Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from Galega olives grown in an organic olive grove with trees over 100 years old.

It displays a greenish-yellow colour and fresh green aromas of grass and tomato leaf, complemented by notes of ripe fruit such as apple and almond. On the palate, it is sweet with a subtle bitterness and spiciness, revealing a delicate and elegant fruity character.

The finish is complex, harmonious and persistent, reflecting the character of the centuries-old olive trees and the distinctive expression of the Galega variety.
