Produced only in exceptional years, this vintage is the ultimate expression of the Taittinger style. Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown at the top of the prestigious vineyards of the Côte des Blancs, it is only made with the first must obtained from the pressed grapes. It is then subjected to short ageing in new oak barrels, which enhances the intrinsic qualities of the champagne, and before dégorgement, this Blanc de Blancs is aged for 10 years on its lees.
