2012 Champagne Taittinger Comtes Blanc de Blanc Brut
Description
Produced only in exceptional years, this vintage represents the ultimate expression of Taittinger's style. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown at the top of the prestigious vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, it is crafted using only the first-pressed juice. It undergoes a brief aging in new oak barrels, enhancing the champagne's intrinsic qualities. Before disgorgement, this Blanc de Blancs ages on the lees for 10 years.
