Description

After 75 years making sparkling wine using the classic method, as in Champagne, the experience acquired requires permanent rigor and quality to the brand São Domingos.

From the very slow and gentle first pressing, results from a Cuvée with Berry and Sauvignon Blanc grapes A perfect combination of complexity and freshness of Berry and Sauvignon Blanc grapes formed this Cuvée. The elegance of the meeting with charm and seduction surprises by the originality of this marriage of a red grape queen of Bairrada, with the French white grape originating a unique fragrance with balanced aromas creating the correct blend of this sparkling wine. The use of the first pressing - the tear that sprouts from each of these precious grapes and the ageing in the cellar for 30 months completes this exceptional work.
