This is a Blanc de Blancs champagne produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. On tasting, the Chardonnay brings citrus aromas. But after a few years of evolution, it develops notes of candied fruit, toasted bread, brioche and pastry.
Nicolas Feuillatte was born in Paris in 1926 into a family of successful wine and spirits importer-dealers. After World War II, he decided to try his luck abroad and in 1960 became the leading importer of African coffee from the US.
Always on the lookout for the next venture, Feuillatte began investing in Champagne vineyards and produced his first champagne in 1976. A decade later, he sold his brand to the Centre-Vinicole de la Champagne, remaining to this day, an unrivalled ambassador, constantly driven by a desire to create, innovate and invent.
