Description

This red wine is produced from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grape varieties, and it has a ruby colour with violet hints. On the nose, the notes of ripe fruit stand out, combined with the aromas of wood from 6 months in French oak. The palate is voluminous, structured and markedly gastronomic.

Domingos Damasceno de Carvalho represents the third generation of a family that has been producing wine in Poceirão for over 150 years. Allied to producing quality wines in the Setúbal Peninsula wine region, the first vintage of Vinhos Damasceno was born in 2003. Soon began the efforts and dedication to acting to nationalise and internationalise the brand, being currently present in different countries on 3 Continents.
