The Convento de Tomar Reserva red wine is produced from Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah grape varieties. It has been aged for approximately 12 months in French and American oak barrels, acquiring greater complexity while respecting the varietal profile of the grapes.
It displays a dark garnet colour and deep aromas of ripe black fruits with a subtle touch of spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with intense fruit flavours enveloped by notes of coffee and toasty oak. The tannins are present yet elegant, leading to a long and harmonious finish.
