Description

In a production of 400 bottles, this sparkling wine is obtained from the Baga and Arinto grape varieties, harvested manually and vinified separately. Planted in clay-limestone soils, it presents itself with an onion peel colour, fine bubble with structure and with an excellent acidity, developing aromas of red fruits, bakery, cheesecake and some brioche.

António Guerreiro, an eternal passionate for the Bairrada wine region, could not fail to choose this region to develop his personal project. Given his experience as a sommelier, he gathers the knowledge to create his own wines, in a region that has made him one of its ambassadors.
