Very full colour. Very expressive, with obvious aromas of wild berries, with good oak flavours, supported by a strong tannic backbone. It will improve in bottle for many years to come.
Quinta do Passadouro is located in the world-renowned Douro Valley, on the left bank of the river Pinhão.
Over the last few years, major investments have been made to modernise the vineyards and to install modern equipment to produce high-quality still wines. The Port wines, however, still come entirely from the foot treading method in the traditional granite lagares.
Currently, Quinta do Passadouro is being managed by Quinta do Noval.
