2018 Taboadella Grande Villae red

Grande Villae red is a wine with a strong and generous personality, a reflection of the Taboadella vineyard which has always produced intense and complex reds with a very elegant structure. It surprises with its subtle elegance and very present minerality, due to the granite terroir where the vineyard is located, with a very persistent finish.

The Silvã de Cima wine press, located next to the Taboadella vineyard, emerges from the monolithic rocky crag, representing one of the oldest traces of winemaking in the Dão. This unique location contrasts with the contemporary winery, whose architecture is designed with natural materials such as wood and cork. A balcony offers a panoramic view, encompassing the magnificent expanse of vineyards surrounded by a vast forest.
