Aldeia de Irmãos red wine is produced from Castelão, Trincadeira, Aragonês, Alfrocheiro and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties and presents a clear aspect and ruby red colour. Aromas of violet and bergamot, together with notes of sweet spices, give the wine a structured and concentrated flavour, with mature and round tannins.
The Sociedade Vinícola de Palmela was created in 1964 by a group of winemakers who came together to form this society to bottle the wines from their productions and put them on the market. Today, SVP is a society with a great reputation for producing wines and Muscats.
