Paço dos Infantes Garrafeira White is made from Arinto and Alvarinho, with each variety individually fermented in new 500-litre French oak barrels, followed by 8 months of ageing on the fine lees with regular bâtonnage. Yellow-green in colour, it reveals a rich aromatic profile of ripe fruit, mineral notes and subtle smoky oak nuances. Precise and beautifully structured on the palate, it combines excellent volume, tension and acidity, with outstanding potential for bottle ageing.
The Herdade da Lisboa was acquired by the Cardoso Family in 2011 and is located in Vidigueira, bringing together 3 harmonious strands: wine production, olive oil, and wine tourism. In the 80s and 90s, the property contributed to the recognition of Alentejo wines with the brand Paço dos Infantes and today they count with 350 hectares of total area, dividing 100 hectares for vine culture, 200 hectares for olive culture, and still 10 hectares for fruit orchards and horticultural culture, using the good practices of production in a sustainable model.
