Description

This liqueur wine is produced from the Mourisco (or Marufo) grape variety and is garnet in colour with a red fruit aroma, revealing a smooth and dense structure in the mouth.

The Adega do Fundão is founded in 1949 by the hands of 30 winegrowers from the Beira Interior region and is located in Cova da Beira, a vine-growing area dating back to the 2nd century and the Roman settlements of that time.

The vineyards are planted along the Serra da Gardunha, which allows the production of grapes that give the wines a richness, freshness and exuberance without equal.
