2019 Quinta da Ramalhosa VV white
Description
A blend of old vines with the grape varieties Bical, Malvasia Fina, Encruzado, Fernão Pires and Rabo de Ovelha, where fermentation finished in new barrels and remained for 18 months. The lively acidity combines with structure in the mouth and a nose full of fruit.
A Quinta da Ramalhosa is a family business, located in the Dão region. At the head of the project is Micael Baptista, who began the process of rescuing the estate's vineyards in 2016, making the 5 hectares the heritage of this property.
