Description

Vale da Mó white is produced from the Viosinho, Moscatel Galego, and Rabigato grape varieties. This Douro wine presents a beautiful citrine colour. On the nose, fresh aromas with discrete nuances of ripe fruit predominate. It is smooth in the mouth, round, and with a harmonious and structured finish.

João Teodósio Matos Barbosa, grandson of the founder of Caves Dom Teodósio, started his project in the production of wines, according to a regime of low intervention and organic production, with the introduction of new grape varieties and new blends.

Acquiring properties in the Tejo and Alto Alentejo regions, his legacy has been expanding with organic wines that are authentic and faithful to their terroir.
