Description

Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is an organic red wine that expresses the identity and quality of its terroir with remarkable clarity. Aged for 18 months in a combination of French oak barrels, accounting for 55%, and Austrian oak foudres, representing the remaining 45%, it brings together ripe fruit with refined spicy nuances.

The nose reveals a rich and complex expression, with notes of raspberry, blackberry pie, violet and ripe blue fruit, complemented by layers of forest soil, pine needles, cacao and cinnamon. On the palate, it is round and luxurious, with succulent, finely textured tannins accompanied by notes of black pepper, Arabica coffee and cinnamon.

The finish is fragrant, fresh and persistent, with notes of elderberry and rose petals. An elegant and expressive Cabernet Sauvignon that conveys the character and consistency of the Eisele Vineyard terroir with remarkable precision.
