Description

With a deep garnet colour, Humanitas Syrah Reserva red reveals an elegant and complex aroma, where balsamic notes, jammy ripe fruit and spices such as black pepper stand out. Winemaking in small stainless steel lagares, with manual pigeage and malolactic fermentation, followed by a 15-month ageing period in French oak barrels, give the wine a remarkable structure. On the palate, it has firm and smooth tannins, guaranteeing an excellent capacity for evolution. Fresh and enveloping, it finishes with a long presence, emphasised by notes of forest fruits.
